Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Digital Products
When purchasing digital products, the product is delivered immediately after payment.
By completing the purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is therefore waived in accordance with applicable digital product regulations.
Digital products cannot be refunded once they have been delivered.
Physical Products
Physical products are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
