RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is therefore waived in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content.

As a result, digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered.

Physical Products

For physical products, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the item is received, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
