From unpredictable loaves to better results!
When I started making sourdough, I thought a good recipe was all I needed. But even using the same recipe, one loaf might turn out airy and perfect, while the next was a complete failure.
That’s why I created the Sourdough Journal.
A journal designed for sourdough bakers who want greater control over their baking, an understanding of the factors influencing the outcome, and a way to avoid starting from scratch every time.
What transformed my baking was simply logging what I actually did: temperatures, timings, the recipe, and techniques. That allowed me to finally see what worked, learn from every loaf, and recreate those successful results.
