We offer both physical products (print-on-demand books) and digital products (guides and similar content).

  1. Prices

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

  1. Payment

Payment is processed through the available payment methods in the online store.

  1. Delivery

Physical Products:
Products are made to order and shipped by our production partner, Lulu. Production and delivery times may vary.

Digital Products:
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided shortly after purchase.

  1. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Digital Products:
By purchasing digital products, you agree that delivery begins immediately. This means that your right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable digital product regulations. All purchases of digital products are therefore final and non-refundable.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand):
Products are made to order and can therefore not be returned or refunded.

Exceptions apply only if the product is:

  • damaged upon delivery

  • defective

  • or incorrectly delivered

In such cases, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. Complaints

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email with a description and documentation (photos).
