Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
Physical products are produced via print-on-demand and shipped after ordering.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.
By purchasing digital products, you agree that delivery begins immediately, and your right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable digital product regulations.
Digital products are therefore non-refundable after delivery.
Physical Products
Physical products are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
To use the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
